Denise's Shower
Last weekend Vicki, Lisa, Shirley, Beth, Lynn, and Patty surprised Denise by flying into town and throwing her a shower . . . Rick, and my mother called in, and I joined for a drink before the shower started . . . .
We went to Ryles Jazz Club for brunch Sunday morning . . . for those in the Boston area, Ryles is worth checking out . . . our food was great.
After brunch we walked around downtown Boston, and even snuck in a ride on the Swan Boats.
Saturday evening we went to dinner at Artu in Boston's North End . . . we had a great time, although a few of our meals were suspect. I'll go so far as to say mine was the worst entree I've been served in years . . . oh well, the company was good and that's what matters.
